Working as a lawyer and as a consultant to companies in the online industry for the last 17 years, Zachi has accumulated vast and unique experience in a wide variety of fields including Online Gambling and Gaming, Forex, Online Marketing and Advertising, eCommerce and Fintech.

Zachi has represented hundreds of startups as well as leading high-tech companies in evey aspect of their business actibity, including international companies formation, regulatory issues, complex commercial deals, equity and options incentive plans, joint ventures and shareholders agreements, investment transactions and M&As.

Zachi’s experience includes years of advising one of the largest global groups of online companies, owned by Mr. Teddi Sagi, as well as the Playtech group of companies.

Zachi serves as Senior Of Counsel to the law firm of Pearl Cohen, an international law firm with offices in the United States, Israel and the United Kingdom and one of Israel’s most prominent commercial law firms.

Zachi is also an investor, advisory board member and mentor in several startups, participates as a mentor and a lecturer in several entrepreneurial programs (Including the Herzliya IDC's Momentum program, named one of the top 20 Accelerators in the Middle East in' report) and is the author of The Online Startup blog, ranked as one of Feedspot's Top 100 Startup Blogs.
